Vice President of Business Development Vice President of Business Development - This is an internal position on the senior management team here at Human Capital Consultants, Inc. We are currently seeking a Vice President of Business Development in our Bensalem office. The successful candidate will develop Recruitment Process Outsourcing and HR services business in the Northeastern United States and grow a national sales team Requirements; Experience managing and growing a multi-location business development team. Experience selling HR Services or Recruitment/Staffing. Experience cold calling for clients in other desirable verticals will be considered. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with professionals at all levels of our clients’ organizations. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Project Management Skills Entrepreneurial Can-do attitude Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Strong attention to detail. Please note that this is a commission based position that does not offer a base salary or draw. This is however an opportunity to make a substantial commission based income. We offer a great opportunity to join and become a part of the senior management team of a rapidly growing entrepreneurial firm in a great vertical. Commissions are paid on every hour a Human Capital Consultants consultant is billable to a client and the successful candidate will receive commissions based on personal production and an override and bonuses on the production of the sales team.
