Our client is looking for professional and entrepreneurial thinking Loan Officers who have financial goals they are working to meet and are looking for the vehicle to get there. Requirements A minimum of 2 years experience as a loan officer Knowledge of loan products and structuring loans to meet client needs. Candidates should have their own lead sources with a track record of at least 70% origination derived from relationships and/or referrals as well as experience working with competitive internal leads Verifiable production history of monthly loan volume production. A positive “can do” attitude Excellent character, work ethic, and integrity.
