Vice President Of Sales And Marketing Vice President of Sales and Marketing - This position is part of the senior management team internally at Human Capital Consultants. We are currently seeking a Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The successful candidate will develop Recruitment Process Outsourcing and HR services business in the Northeastern United States and grow a national sales team Requirements; · Experience managing and growing a multi-location business development team. · Experience selling HR Services or Recruitment/Staffing. Experience cold calling for clients in other desirable verticals will be considered. · Strong communication skills and the ability to work with professionals at all levels of our clients’ organizations. · Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. · Project Management Skills · Entrepreneurial · Can-do attitude · Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. · Strong attention to detail. Please note that this is a commission based position that does not offer a base salary or draw. This is however an opportunity to make a substantial commission based income. We offer a great opportunity to join and become a part of the senior management team of a rapidly growing entrepreneurial firm in a great vertical. Commissions are paid on every hour a Human Capital Consultants consultant is billable to a client and the successful candidate will receive commissions based on personal production and an override and bonuses on the production of the sales team.
